Program Director, Gary Lok

Based in Hong Kong, Gary Lok is Program Director for GTA, leading all aspects of program management, including program planning, budgeting & control, resources planning and supplier management.

Prior to joining GTA, he served as a Manager for QA, FA and Environmental Engineering Departments at PC Partner Ltd, and as an ASIC Failure Analyst at ATI Technologies.

Lok holds a MSc degree in Operation Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a BASc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Director, Trent Decatur

Trent Decatur is the Founder and Director of Global Technology Alliance (GTA) based out of Hong Kong with operations throughout China, Hong Kong, United States and Mexico. Mr. Decatur has been developing cross boarder partnerships on behalf of some of the largest manufacturing interest in the world, bringing international business intelligence and extensive experience in cross-border partnerships and investments in China.

Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Mr. Decatur received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University, where he was a four your letterman in football as a Linebacker for Purdue University. He received his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Decatur has extensive work experience throughout China having been involved in working with many of the largest manufacturing interests throughout Asia. Areas of focus include global and cross-border executive management, strategic corporate planning, business development, project management oversight and the management of China operations on behalf of U.S. companies.

As a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Mr. Decatur has been active in pursuing a number of business and academic initiatives through his founding of The Kellogg China Business Network and The Asia Business Network Organizations, both non-profit institutions seeking to bridge North American and Greater China platforms. In addition he serves as an advisor to Pacific Gentech Limited, a director to the California Association of China and Hong King SAR Limited and is an active member of the Hong Kong Purdue Alumni Association.
